Beyond developing its own solutions, Sveza also shares its best practices with industry peers, supporting the development of domestic digital competencies and the advancement of Russian technologies. Speaking at CNews Forum 2025 and CFO Russia conferences, Nikolay Gorodetsky described how digital tools are helping the company build a resilient management ecosystem and foster a new data-driven decision-making culture.

One of Sveza’s key digital transformation priorities is the modernization of procurement processes. As part of this effort, the company has introduced an integrated digital platform encompassing the full process, from initial request to final delivery. This has accelerated procurement cycles, reduced manual workload, and improved the quality of supplier interactions.

“For us at Sveza, digital transformation is about rethinking how the organization works at every level—not just adopting new software,” Nikolay Gorodetsky said. “We are building a system in which every decision is based on reliable data. This will allow us to reduce operating costs by 15–25%, increase forecasting accuracy to 90%, and double the speed at which new products reach the market.

During his presentation, Nikolay Gorodetsky also spoke about how Sveza’s digital decision board powered by ELMA 365 helps capture and analyze production deviations, identify recurring issues, and facilitate the exchange of best practices across production sites. This tool has become a key element of the company’s continuous improvement system, where accumulated data provides the foundation for forecasting and managerial decision-making.

In addition, Nikolay Gorodetsky presented Sveza’s proprietary in-house technology for detecting peeling defects—a scanner that helps to identify defects at early stages, reducing peeling defects in final products by 90% and improving the output of high-grade products by 3%.

“All these initiatives fit into our broader shift toward data-driven management,” he concluded. “By implementing intelligent analytics, automating routine operations, and adopting agile development methodologies, we become more adaptive, transparent, and resilient. We continue focusing on creating smart solutions that will help us stay ahead in a rapidly changing market.
